Big John Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 40 ml Scotch whisky
- 20 ml Amaretto liqueur
- 10 ml lemon juice
- 10 ml sugar syrup
- Ice
- Lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions:
- In a shaker with ice, pour the Scotch whisky, Amaretto liqueur, lemon juice, and sugar syrup.
- Shake for about 10-15 seconds to mix and chill all the ingredients.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge or lemon zest if desired.
This cocktail combines the sweetness of Amaretto with the strength of Scotch whisky and a hint of citrus from the lemon.
