Classic Recipe for “Lion’s Milk” Cocktail with Absinthe

“Lion’s Milk” is a unique cocktail combining absinthe, milk, and banana, resulting in an unusual yet harmonious flavor. This drink is often served as an exotic dessert.


Ingredients:

  • Absinthe – 30 ml
  • Milk (chilled, 2.5–3.5% fat) – 120 ml
  • Banana (ripe) – 1/2 piece
  • Simple syrup or honey – 10–15 ml (to taste)
  • Ice – 4–5 cubes
  • Garnish – banana slice

Instructions:
