Ingredients:
- White rum – 40 ml
- Blue Curaçao – 20 ml
- Lemon juice – 20 ml
- Pineapple juice – 60 ml
- Ice cubes
- Grenadine – 10 ml
Preparation:
- Add ice, rum, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and Blue Curaçao liqueur to a shaker.
- Shake well and pour into a chilled glass (a highball or hurricane glass works best).
- Slowly pour in the grenadine – it will settle at the bottom, creating a stunning “wave” effect.
