Ingredients:
- Gin – 30 ml
- Cherry Liqueur (Cherry Heering) – 15 ml
- Triple Sec (Cointreau) – 7.5 ml
- Benedictine (liqueur) – 7.5 ml
- Grenadine – 5 ml
- Pineapple Juice – 120 ml
- Lemon Juice – 15 ml
- Soda Water – a splash (to finish the cocktail)
- Angostura Bitters – 1–2 dashes
Garnish:
- Pineapple wedge
- Maraschino cherry
Instructions:
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add gin, cherry liqueur, triple sec, Benedictine, grenadine, pineapple juice, and lemon juice.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into a tall glass (highball or Collins) filled with ice.
- Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters and a splash of soda water.
