Jamaican Coffee is a warming cocktail with an exotic hint of rum and a rich coffee flavor. Here’s a simple recipe to make this drink at home.

Ingredients:

  • Black coffee — 120 ml (freshly brewed and hot).
  • Dark rum — 30 ml.
  • Kahlúa (or any other coffee liqueur) — 15 ml.
  • Whipped cream — for garnish.
  • Sugar — to taste (optional).
  • Ground cinnamon or grated chocolate — for decoration.

Instructions:

  1. Brew fresh black coffee.
  2. In a tall glass or mug, pour the rum and coffee liqueur.
  3. Add the hot coffee, and if desired, a bit of sugar for sweetness. Stir well.
  4. Garnish the cocktail with whipped cream, gently layering it on top.
  5. Sprinkle ground cinnamon or grated chocolate for extra aroma and flavor.
